Pressure Washing
Years of pollen, road grime, algae, and mildew dull every hard surface on a property. It happens so gradually you stop noticing — until the day someone pressure washes half a patio and the difference is impossible to unsee. Concrete, pavers, stone, wood, and vinyl siding all come back looking years newer with the right cleaning.
The trick is matching the pressure and the cleaner to the surface. Stone can take real pressure; wood decks and cedar siding cannot — turn the wand up too high and you'll etch the grain or blast the coating off. We use soft-washing for painted and stained surfaces, higher-pressure work for concrete and pavers, and appropriate cleaners for algae and mildew so the finish holds up instead of coming right back.
The result: patios, walkways, driveways, decks, fences, and house siding that read maintained instead of neglected — often in a single afternoon.
